The only thing lacking is cable TV. Registering with BookYourSite enables us to re-use your contact information each time you reserve a site with our booking system. The site was a in the middle of a concrete/pavement parking lot with these very picky thorned plants that got stuck in my feet as well as the dogs paws. Two of three bathrooms closed for construction.

All guests receive a bath key, which allows entry to the bath houses and laundry plus the fitness gym and pool at the Grand Sierra Resort. The Grand Sierra Resort RV Park connects your home on wheels with all the fun and excitement of its namesake casino. Just spent six weeks traveling and this was the worst RV park we stayed in and it cost the most of any. The front bathroom/showers were not being used, which they neglected to tell us when we checked in. You had to walk clear to the back of the park.

I’m seeing plenty of dogs around the RV Park but all are on leads and quite calm. You get all the amenities at the resort, spa, pools, hot tubs etc. Sat was $50, Sun + Mon are $40 for a pull through in the older section of the park. We stayed here for the first time since it has been the Grand Sierra . Sites are large spacious with picnic tables that were probably here when it was the Hilton and in rough shape. There’s only WiFi and it wasn’t the best.

My only problem is with people that don’t pick up after their pets and there is evidence of that but they do have bags available in two places. I gave it 3 stars as I was unable to give it 3.5. We stayed here 2years ago and found it great. Cement level spaces fenced dog area’s.

RV Park behind the Grand Sierra Resort . Has very nice, large bathrooms with hot showers, a laundry room, dog walking area, and easy access to the casino. Stayed here as a base while touring the area. Washrooms were clean but old and many toilets in both washrooms/urinals in the mens were out of service.

My husband and I have never been to Reno or the area before. I found this place online, I called to make a reservation for a few days, ended up staying 1 week. We barkwood pet resort went to the GSR for dinner and I played a little. We enjoy museums, went to the car museum , drove to Virginia City & also Carson City..Lots to do in the area.

We were stuck out in their back gravel area as it was a holiday weekend. The rates are high to begin with $70-$80 per site, plus $9 in taxes and $20 in resort fees! We got a bit of a discount for military but total was still $100. Some of the front sites have a table and some grass, but ours was all rich with no amenities. You have use of casino pool but it was super crowded. Lots of kids & drunk young adults.

I never did see any security drive through, nor did I see any cameras in the park. I wasn’t impressed with this spot but it was convenient for hanging with friends who were staying at the resort. Full hookups and paved pads that were almost level.

Good if you want a convenient place to gamble, eat and sleep. Rooms are clean-ish but not for the price. Hidden fees made the room too expensive. We just wanted a clean place to sleep that accepted pets at a reasonable price.

We were with our son and granddaughter and it was very nice to be close to the pool and games. We thought the bathrooms and showers were the nicest we have been in on our 2 week trip. Nice laundry room and we were able to grab a bag of ice. I’ve seen a lot of poor reviews on google but honestly I don’t think it’s that bad of a place to park the trailer. If you understand that all it is, is a parking lot with hookups and nothing special it’s pretty good.
