This is the first of a series on paleo, the diet, and how paleo is just as much about the mind as the body.

I’m not sure how paleo is different than the other diets out there, but here’s the difference: a Paleo diet is about eating the way animals were meant to eat. There are a lot of articles out there about how people have been eating meat for way too long without losing the ability to run properly, and how the human body is broken down in the modern food supply. But all of this information is useless if we don’t know what the diet is really about.

I’ve been going Paleo for about a year and a half now, mostly by getting the meat from pasture-raised, free range animals. It’s the closest thing I can get to eating wild meat. I am not convinced it’s the ideal way to eat, as being raised in the wild is hard on the digestive system and is just plain bad for the animals. But I feel like I’ve finally found something that works for me and I’m not going to let anyone tell me otherwise.

I am not sure if you’re still interested or not, but I have been really enjoying the way paleo has become such a big part of my life recently. My blog has had over 1000 visitors so far, which is a lot for my little site, and a lot for me to maintain.

It seems that paleo as a product has a lot of support among many people. I have seen similar success with paleo eggs, but I think it is much more effective than eggs from the grocery store or the deli. I’m not sure what the right way to eat paleo is, but I have been experimenting with paleo pancakes and they are surprisingly delicious.

Another way to go is to start with the paleo diet. I believe it is a very safe way of losing weight. This is based on my own trial and error, which I’ll explain below. The paleo diet is simple and low on fat (which means you can lose weight in the short term). It is very low in grains, legumes and dairy, and high in vegetables, fruits and lean proteins.

This is the first time I had ever heard of the paleo diet. Im not the biggest paleo follower, so I dont know how useful the paleo diet is. I do have a few paleo recipes that I will tell you about. The paleo diet is low in fat, low in starch, and high in protein and veggies. It is best to avoid grains and dairy in your diet but if you are not used to it, you can eat them as often as you like.

The paleo diet seems to be a pretty good option to lose weight and keep it off. There are some studies that are just beginning to find these and other good things about the paleo diet. It’s one of those diets that seem to have a lot of benefits. A recent study found that a 30 day paleo diet reduced body fat in obese patients. This is good news because fat tissue is more metabolically active and has much more energy than muscle tissue.

One thing that’s not clear from the studies yet is if the paleo diet is good for people who don’t have a lot of muscle mass, or those who are genetically predisposed to be metabolically sluggish.

There are no studies yet on the effects of the Paleo Diet on people with genetic predispositions to metabolically sluggishness. However, the fact that a study found that a paleo diet reduced body fat in obese patients suggests that it might have some benefits for people who dont have a lot of fat to begin with.
