If you’re like 80% of the people on this planet, you’re at least a little self-aware. You know that you have the right to say “no” to something, and that you’re not going to take something you don’t want to have. And, you know you can be a good person, and that you shouldn’t be ashamed of that.
Inc is the first magazine I actually subscribed to, and in the three months that I have been on the site Ive subscribed to over a hundred times. I actually love inc, because they have the best design out of any of the magazines Ive subscribed to, and that includes the “in-house” ones that come with all the bells and whistles. They have a great layout too, with full-color and full-frame photography and a really sleek design.
This is just a small example of the amount of time I get to devote to inc, but they also have a lot of non-inc content. And I think it’s important to be fully aware when reading an in-house magazine if you’re not sure what to expect (which we were for our in-house magazine) or you don’t have any experience with them.
If you have a large in-house magazine in your home, I would recommend looking for the “subscribe” button at the top. Subscribers have access to the magazine. They can take advantage of the in-house magazines’ benefits, including a “guest blog” which is where they can write about topics of interest in the magazine. They also have a variety of “free” articles, which are short, informational articles that are a small fraction of the full-length articles.
The magazine industry can get very confusing. There are so many different subscriptions and benefits to different subscription options. In the past, a lot of people got stuck trying to figure out how to choose among all the options and ended up wasting a ton of money that could have been used toward their own magazine subscriptions.

The fact is, the current issue of Inc. is only available to readers through their own website. It works a little like a magazine subscription. One person can subscribe to an issue and get the magazine they want. The subscription is free, but they get a free issue as long as they subscribe to the magazine. This is how magazines worked for decades, before their online counterparts took over.
In the old days of the magazine, subscribers could get a free copy of the magazine they subscribed to as part of their subscription package. If you do not subscribe to your preferred magazine, you dont have access to that magazine. I think this is a really great way to cut down on the amount of magazines you have to search through to find the one you want, and I think it also shows that magazines are a necessary evil.
