31-year-old Steven Dwayne Douglas Ferguson, whose address was not listed, was arrested by Hickory Police Officers. Ferguson was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility this morning under $1,000 bond. 24-year-old Justin Conner Hicks of Pittstown Road in Hickory was arrested Thursday by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers. Following the arrest, Hicks was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $1,500 bond. A District Court date is scheduled for next Monday . 18-year-old David Wayne Weeks of Propst Drive in Hickory was arrested Tuesday by Long View Police Officers.
56-year-old Gary Lee Porter of 10th Street SW in Hickory was arrested Sunday by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with felony possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Porter was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $3,500 bond.

Austin remains in jail as of this morning and was given a $10,000 secured bond with District Court scheduled for Thursday. 50-year-old Clifton Ray James of Rock Barn Road in Conover was arrested Sunday by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of first-degree forcible sex offense and assault by strangulation. James was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $100,000 bond. 36-year-old Patrick William Walker of Hickory was arrested Monday by Hickory Police Officers.
He was charged with one felony count breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and given a $3,000 secured bond. Burleson remains in jail with District court scheduled for Wednesday . 30-year-old Rodney Lee Carlton II of Linkside Court in Lenoir was arrested Monday by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and given a $5,000 secured bond.
