I often read the headlines in the newspaper and I’ve been known to have a good laugh at the headline. However, on some level it still feels like advertising to me. Most of the time it is just marketing, but that doesn’t mean that it is wrong. Even if it is, I’m not sure that it is right.

The idea of a crossword is to cross-word a list of words that are the same letter, and it is the job of the letter-to-letter competition to find the word that is the easiest to match. Newspapers are still trying to build a brand that will sell newspapers, and they are still trying to sell themselves.

You can’t simply go ahead and rely on word of mouth and hope things blow over. So, dont rely on your competitors to bring you new visitors or new customers. They might have great ideas, but they might not be worth the risk.
Well, you see, billboards are cheap. All you really need is a large billboard to get people to stop by and check out your website. And you cant really blame your competition for going out and buying billboards. That’s just how it is. You can’t blame your competitors for advertising on your website though. They have to know that theyre at the mercy of your website as well.

Although you can use billboards to advertise to a niche audience, it can also be the basis for advertising in general. It is probably best to stick to one or two niche markets, where you can get a lot of traffic, and then let your competitors take over. Although you can use billboards to reach a bigger audience, you can also use it to target a particular segment of people.
This is why I like the idea of using billboards to reach a specific market. You can get traffic from it and make money off of it, but you would only get traffic from it, not from your website. Your website is what makes people get on board with your business.
